 Q. When will my order arrive?

A. Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days of placing the order, with the exception of orders placed on the weekend (Friday-Sunday). Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day (Monday).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided when you placed your order.

All orders are shipped fully tracked from our nearest warehouse based on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

We use our shipping partners such as: Royal Mail, Hermes and Yodel.

These are estimated times based on current shipping times*.

US, Canada: 7 - 17 business days

UK, Europe: 7 - 15 business days

Australia, New Zealand: 7 - 15 working days

 

Q. Has my order already been shipped?

 A. Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days, sometimes sooner.

You will receive an e-mail when your order has been shipped. Check the SPAM/junk box in case it is there. If you cannot find your e-mail or if you think you have deleted it.

 

Q. I need to cancel or change my order, how can I do it?

A. We always try our best to cancel your order, but if your order has already been shipped or processed, we cannot cancel it.

 If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make changes, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, we can no longer change it, but we are always open to a return.

 

Q. My order has not arrived yet, can you help me?

A. Don't worry, your order is on its way. If your order takes more than 4 weeks to ship, please contact us and we will resolve the problem for you. We offer a money-back guarantee or resend the order.

 

Q. I entered a wrong address for my order, can I change it? 

A. If you have entered a wrong delivery address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped or processed, we can change your order address.

 

Q. Why didn't I receive a confirmation e-mail after placing my order? 

A. It is likely that our e-mail ended up in the SPAM/JUNK folder. If you cannot find the e-mail and would like to receive it again, please let us know.
